Joseph Lo, a pharmacist by profession, has been associated with Cue Sports for almost 26 years now. He been a member of the ACBS Referee Control Panel (RCP) since 1992 and is a qualified ACBS examiner for Asian referees. He has also been appointed as the Technical Delegate for the 2007 Macau Asian Indoor Games.
